How long will delivery take?

All orders are dispatched weekly, unless stated otherwise. You will always receive an email notification that your order is on its way. Once your order is dispatched delivery times may vary depending on your shipping method chosen (standard, tracked etc.) Due to Brexit and Covid shipping delays can be expected.

Customs Fee's?

From 1st January, the way these customs charges are collected has changed.
VAT will be applied depending on the type and value of the goods. VAT on items under £135 (with the exception of gifts) will now be collected directly at the point of sale.
For goods with a value over £135 and gifts over £39, customs charges will continue to be applied on behalf of HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). Royal Mail may collect these directly from the recipient prior to delivery.
Letters, postcards and documents are usually exempt.

We, Bodies and Botanics are not liable for any Customs Fees.

If, after paying for your item, you believe the charges have been wrongly applied, we recommend you contact Border Force.

July 1st - UPDATE

Changes with regards to EU Value Added Tax (VAT) are now in effect to businesses selling goods to customers located in the EU. Your item will be delivered Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). You, customer/receiver may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee in the receiving country. These charges will depend on the country you are sending to, the value of the item and whether it is a gift or commercial goods.

Where is my tracking information?

If you selected a Tracked mail option your tracking number will be emailed to you upon your order being dispatched. If you selected 1st Class, 2nd class or a Standard International service a tracking number is not provided.

We are currently shipping to Åland Islands, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bouvet Island, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, USA, Vatican City.

Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days*
Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days*
*Tracked and Signed service, delays can be expected due to the current climate

Are you open to collaborate?

We do! and when we have some free diary space we'd love to collaborate with other artists and creatives on artworks and products for fun or for sale. Please get in touch if you'd like to plan something together!

Please be advised "Collaborating" is defined by creatives working together towards an end result, this does not mean we will exchange products for PR, Reviews, Sponsorship or similar.

Are you looking for Brands Reps?

At the moment we aren't looking for any brand reps, however check back in future to see if anything has changed!

That being said if we feel like we'd mututally benefit from sending out goods we'll usually make the first contact.
